Who is Nev Wrathall?



Nev
Nev is a fully qualified personal trainer level 3 and level 2 qualified gym instructor (Performance Training Academy, Exeter).

An ex-army royal engineer with 5 years of service in Iraq, Germany, Kuwait, Belgium and the UK Nev enjoys all sports including football, rugby, golf, running, weight lifting, cycling and swimming.

5 years Exeter City Youth YT. Represented Devon County. Qualified FA football coach and progressing through my badges and helping Exeter City Youth Development.

London marathon completer in 2011, Great North Run, Snowdonia half and all South West half marathons, enjoy obstacle course tough muddier south west in 2015 and also completed national 3 peaks challenge climbing Ben Nevis Scafell Pike and Snowdonia all under 24 hours including the drive between.
